St. Edward – WaterlooLouis resides in Waterloo, where he was born and raised. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas and Worsham College of Mortuary Science. He has been employed with Hagarty-Waychoff-Grarup Funeral Service since 2000. He served as treasurer on the Covenant Medical Center, now known as Mercy One, Foundation for eight years. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus, Easy Risers Kiwanis, Waterloo Elks Club and St. Edward Catholic Church. He and his wife Tammy have two children.
