LaSalle Catholic Schools – Cedar Rapids received a St. Katharine Drexel Grant from The Catholic Foundation in the Archdiocese of Dubuque (CFAD) for its Early Catholic Family Life Project (ECFL). The grant specifically focuses on establishing this educational and interactive program with new parents and families at LaSalle Catholic Schools.
St. Stephen the Witness Catholic Student Center – Cedar Falls recently received a St. Katharine Drexel Grant from The Catholic Foundation in the Archdiocese of Dubuque (CFAD) for its Donuts & Dialogue program. The grant specifically supports the student center in finding spaces for and creating non-threatening conversations about the Catholic Church and societal issues.

Catherine McAuley Center (CMC) – Cedar Rapids recently received a St. Katharine Drexel Grant from The Catholic Foundation in the Archdiocese of Dubuque (CFAD) for its Supportive Services for Refugees & Immigrants program. The grant specifically supported CMC Kids ― free onsite childcare for children who are refugees and immigrants, which was part of the strategic plan for the organization. These children have a safe place to go while their parents access services at CMC to help parents acquire skills and knowledge to become more self-sufficient.
St. Columbkille Catholic School - Dubuque recently received a St. Katharine Drexel Grant from The Catholic Foundation in the Archdiocese of Dubuque (CFAD) for its Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS) program. As part of the strategic plan for the school, the program cultivates an interactive faith formation program for kids aged three to six. Children in this program have the opportunity to take ownership of their faith, see their purpose and live out their calling to be excellent in accordance with the Lord’s will for them.
Marquette Catholic Schools recently received a St. Katharine Drexel Grant from The Catholic Foundation in the Archdiocese of Dubuque (CFAD) for its Our Lives of Mercy community outreach program. As part of the strategic plan for the school’s campus ministry department, the program cultivates connection between students from Marquette and the homebound parishioners of the four supporting parishes.

St. Joseph Church - Farley recently received a St. Katharine Drexel Grant from The Catholic Foundation in the Archdiocese of Dubuque (CFAD) for its Family Night Out parish event. As part of the strategic plan for the parish’s faith formation program, the event offered dinner, free babysitting, a presentation and breakout sessions on “Raising Good kids - Catholic Addition.”
